Day 260: Bokeelia, FL
Sunny and hot.
Tom hooked us up to church back in Ann Arbor. A good message and a short service.
I baked lemon scones with pecans. This is a very good combination!
We visited Ray’s sister and husband, who live nearby. Nancy and Kirk bought a house on an acre of property. The neighbor across the road has a tortoise farm. We could only view the tortoises with our binoculars, as the neighbors do not wish for strangers to get close.
We had a smoked fish and crab cake dinner at The Lazy Flamingo. TLF gave all the customers a FREE ROLL OF TOILET PAPER as a kindness, assuming we are all having trouble procuring some. Indeed, at the grocery store, there was not a roll to be found. But we joined the hype and bought some a few days ago.
