Stepped on this in stocking feet. I must have brought it in on one of my shoes. It was a bugger to get out.

Ouch!!!! That’s a goat head thorn…. I know because while our daughter was doing an Ironman, on the bicycle portion she had five flat tires due to these little booger’s…lost some time but was able to complete in good time overall
