Breakfast is one of my favorite meals.
This open face egg dish is delicious.
1-Toast rye bread with a little butter in pan
2-Remove from pan and place asadero cheese on the toast
3-Cook an over easy egg in the buttered pan
4-Place egg on top of the cheese and toast
5-Turn off heat and put two or three tablespoons of chile con queso cheese in pan to warm it up. This only takes a few seconds.
6-Pour warm chile con queso over the egg on toast. Double yum. An eggs Benedict type dish with Mexican flair..
