Day 42: Anchor Point

Sunny and warm.

We went to Homer today. Walked the historic building tour. Took a short nap and found a campsite up the hill in Homer, run by the city.

This is our view of Homer from Arvi at our campsite.

Time

There was a 3-ft jigsaw puzzle on a table at the library in Homer. It was recently started; only one small building in the photo was assembled and the edge pieces were not together. I spent an hour on the puzzle and made some progress. Then Tom joined me. “I’ll just find this piece and then I’m done.“

Repeat. Repeat. Repeat….

I feel funny about spending TIME on a puzzle when in Alaska.

But I can.
