Our new Roadtrek 2018 SS Agile is at the dealer for defect in a Roadtrek installed item. This should be covered under warranty. The dealer was told by a Roadtrek exec that due to an audit he is not authorized to approve warranty repairs. We are not happy with Roadtrek.Contacting the Roadtrek service department they confirmed that due to a company-wide audit and full inventory count any transactions/authorizations, shipment of parts etc are temporarily suspended.
Another RT ower said our defect is a Mercedes issue and should have been covered under Mercedes warranty. They had a similar issue and it was covered by Mercedes. I’ll have to check the VIN on what was supplied by Mercedes. Maybe I shouldn’t to avoid getting ticked off.

I am hopeful that these things will be worked out and we will love the rig. The overall quality of the work done by Roadtrek is very good.
