Extraordinary Chicken Tacos Prep and cooking time was about 20 minutes. One pan meal. Sauté onions and green pepper. Add to the pan marinated chicken (we purchased the chicken already marinated). Tom and Jen came down with nasty colds while visiting friends. We left to recuperate where we would not infect anyone.
Day 231: White Oak Creek Campground, AL Sunny and warm. We both needed a day of recuperation. We found a campsite on the lake with lots of southern exposure and basked in the sunshine all day.
