Day 233: White Oak Creek Campground, AL
Drizzling, gloomy.
Feeling well enough to get out and socialize a little today.
Tom and I met with Larry and Anita of Servant Care Ministry and have agreed to join the staff. We will be checking in on the other members occasionally to see if they have any needs we might be able to help with.
Next stop: Apalachicola National Forest. It is about a three hour drive from Eufala, but it would be dark by the time we reached there. We finally got to an official Florida Welcome Center south of Dothan, Alabama, and picked up a state road map. The kind lady at the welcome center told us it is okay to park here overnight, and they have night security. So here we are, Florida map out on the table, planning a route around the state during March.
looks like you partner in crime has pooped out lol….
