This is my kind of fast food. The fully cooked smoked pork chop heats up in a flash. Jen sautéd the vegetables seasoned with garlic, red pepper flakes, and set them aside to cook the orzo. She cooked the orzo for 6 minutes (very al dente) drained the pan, added the vegetables then left them sit while she heated the chops on medium high. The whole thing may have taken her 20 minutes. She garnished the orzo dish with grated Parmesan cheese.
