Pasta Carbonara - what could be better! Only four ingredients and one pan. That's a pretty good pile of pasta. It was gone in no time. Pasta, eggs, bacon (because we had bacon and not pancetta), and cheese (we used Parmesan because we had it handy). I should probably post Jen's recipe.

Grilled cheese and tomato hominy soup. Replace the iconic grilled cheese with a grilled chicken and cheese quesadilla Spice up the can of tomato soup with sautéed onions, garlic and green peppers. Add a little red pepper flake. Add the hominy to the soup at the end.
