Day 183: Guadalupe River State Park, TX

Sunny, breezy, cool.

New Braunfels is a hill town settled by German immigrants. It has a lovely downtown and a beautiful courthouse, like most Texas county seats.

We went to church at a large Lutheran church then heated some leftovers for lunch. Then we found a hotel in Lockhart and picked up Dan from the Austin airport. Holiday with the kids has begun!
